About me

A bit about myself. I am a 24 year old Designer living in Southampton, UK. Having 3 years employed and 6 years of active web and graphic design experience, under my belt I use this part of the web to exhibit some of the work I have created.

This is the third edition of my website since 2005, when I graduated with a Ba Hons from Portsmouth University.

Admittedly, all that came out of the Graphic Design course for me was the knowledge of every art movement since the 1900's. From Modernism and Paul Cezánne to Max Ernst and Surrealism, other than a history lesson I saw Uni as more of a preparation, or a lesson on how to learn in the real design world so to speak. Because of this, all of technical / software skills I have to hand now, are down to my self teaching and determination to progress in the industry.

I'm a firm believer of working to live, not living to work, so after pay day you can usually find me socialising with friends or jetting off abroad. Travelling is a passion of mine, having travelled most of the Middle East, from Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the UAE. My next venture is the Far East where I will be visiting for 3 months in summer 08.
